Subscriptions for 2016:  The annual membership fee is $60 and subs can be paid from 1st October 2015. 

Katikati Masters Swimming Club presents The NZ 33.3m Pool Champs – A Pool Meet open to everyone 20+!  Saturday January 16th 2016, 4pm warm up for 4.30pm start at the Dave Hume Pool, Katikati. Entry forms available www.nzmastersswimming.org.nz  and www.masterscrawl.com

North Island Short Course Championships 2016:  Taupo Masters are hosting this sanctioned meeting on 6th and 7th May.  Please take particular note of the time of year (and see National Long Course Champs below). As details become available they will be posted on our websites.

Annual General Meeting 2016: First notice.  The AGM will be held in Taupo on 6th May. Remits and nominations for awards must be received by 31st December 2015.

National Long Course Championships 2016:  This sanctioned meeting will be hosted by North Shore Masters and held at the new Millennium Pool in Albany, Auckland. The pool has been provisionally booked 11th - 13th November.  Swimming New Zealand will officiate at the meeting as a prelude (“a trial run”) to the World Masters Games in April 2017.

Cambridge Masters Swim Meeting:  John Overwater has informed me that Cambridge will not be hosting its meeting in February 2016. A new indoor pool is to be built in Cambridge in 2016 and they plan to resurrect their meeting in the future.

Merchandise:  “Masters Swimming in New Zealand 1973-2013” a publication by Roger Eagles.  Available from the Secretary @$25 plus $5 postage.
