Workout of The Week - Are you bored with your workout?

If you are tired of the same old freestyle workout or need to work on your strength, then this is a fun workout to try out!

Warmup: 400 easy, 200 as (25 drill of choice (I alternate catch up
and fist drill), 25 freestyle)

Main set: 4 x (100 butterfly hard, 200 backstroke easy, 100 breast
hard, 200 freestyle easy) 30s rest

Warm Down: 150 easy/flop around until your heart rate comes down.
