Swim Workout of the Week



Warmup
400 swim, 300 catch up drill, 200 side-kick (alternating the side you kick on every 25), 100 build speed

Main set: 2-3 rounds
6x50 sprint on 20s rest
300 race pace
200 build speed
200 easy

Cool Down:
100 easy
